Train conductor safety training in Szczecin

Ticket checks and passenger assistance often happen in narrow aisles. Training for train conductors and onboard teams in Szczecin covers de-escalation, team communication and decisions made in the limited space of a carriage.

An aggressive passenger during a ticket check

Scenarios recreate conversations disrupted by refusal, provocation or rising frustration. Conductors practise short messages, setting boundaries and recognising when continuing an argument is not useful. The presence of other passengers remains part of the scenario.

Narrow aisles and crew coordination

Carriage layout affects both movement and communication. We discuss keeping an exit available, handing a task to a colleague and contacting support under the operator’s procedures. The goal is to end the incident safely, not win an argument.

Decisions under pressure

Practical scenarios combine words, awareness of the environment and simple ways to regain distance. Participants compare options instead of memorising a single response for every situation. Debriefing covers what was noticed and what information the rest of the team needs.

A programme for your operator

We can train onboard teams working in Szczecin and across West Pomerania. Tell us the participating roles, group size and typical passenger situations. We will prepare a proposal aligned with the operator’s working arrangements and procedures.
