About us
Samoobrona Szczecin is WCSiB’s local training programme. We run open workshops in Szczecin and tailor sessions for teams across West Pomerania.
INSTRUCTOR
Jakub Rausch
Jakub has trained in Krav Maga since 2006. He holds a KMIM Krav Maga black belt and is a KAPAP IKA instructor. He teaches women, teenagers and people exposed to aggression at work.
His sessions begin with what you can notice before physical contact occurs. Participants practise setting a boundary, regaining distance and finding a way out.
