Training with teenagers

Staff: an aggressive visitor

Staff practise coordinating their response to an aggressive visitor, including a person carrying a sharp object. We discuss alerts, protecting pupils and decisions about evacuation or shelter under the school’s procedures. Teams clarify who communicates and who stays responsible for the class.

Pupils: responding under pressure

Pupils practise recognising intimidation, setting boundaries and using simple movements to leave. They explore safer routes and how to ask a specific person for help. The aim is confidence and getting away safely.

Preschool: “I stay with my group”

What if someone asks a child to leave the playground or come and look at something? In short, playful scenes children practise declining, staying with the group and turning to a familiar adult. We choose language and activities that suit their age.
