Corporate event in Szczecin: an organiser's checklist

A good brief saves time. An engaging attraction disappoints when there is no room to practise or visitors spend most of the event in a queue. Define the objective, audience and venue before choosing modules.

Purpose and audience

Is the event about team bonding, opening a safety conversation or practising a procedure? How many people arrive together, and will families attend? These answers shape the station count and group sizes.

Space and movement

Check floor area, surface, power and adjacent activities. Mark waiting areas and routes. Prepare a rain option outdoors. Exercises must not block exits; accessibility matters too.

What to send

Share venue, date, estimated headcount, ages, job roles and priority topic. You need not write a complete scenario. We can propose stations and a rotation for your Szczecin company.

Speak to the instructor first

A short planning call lets the instructor check whether the group fits in the available space and whether the schedule allows a proper debrief. Send a room plan or photograph, access details and an on-site contact. For shift workers, repeat blocks so each shift can attend. Announce clearly whether the activity is a demonstration, practical station or workshop and whether guests may observe before joining.
