Self-defence training for Szczecin companies by job role

A receptionist has different options from someone visiting a client alone. A driver must also consider passengers. We therefore begin with roles, procedures and recurring situations rather than a fixed catalogue of techniques.

Assess situations

Tell us where people work, how they request support and what difficulties arise. Short scenarios cover escalation, boundaries and ending a conversation. After each attempt the group discusses alternatives.

Practical work

Participants practise communication, positioning near an exit, working with a colleague and regaining distance. Contact exercises are controlled and adapted to the group. Leaving and asking for help matter more than winning a fight.

Request a programme

Share the number of participants, their roles and the city. No personal details of past incidents are needed. We can tailor a session for Szczecin or elsewhere in West Pomerania.

One incident, different duties

Consider an angry visitor in a waiting area. A receptionist may call a colleague and move other visitors away. A field worker needs to check the exit from a client’s home. A driver must also consider passengers and job duties. One universal reaction will not fit. Training starts with each role’s constraints, then practises a message, a change of position and a route to support. The debrief includes alternatives if the setting changes, rather than only one solution for one room.
