Corporate event in Szczecin: a Safety Day people remember
A Safety Day can offer more than entertainment. Short exercises may cover an aggressive customer, business travel, asking for support and finding a safe exit. The programme works best when it reflects the participants' actual jobs.

Learn about the team
Reception staff and field workers face different situations. Before choosing stations, list common problems and tell us the group size, venue and available space. Each exercise can then have a clear purpose.
Plan the rotation
One station can practise communication and distance, another exits, and a third the roles in calling for help. Small groups give everyone time to decide and discuss. Observing first should also be an option.
Use the results
Afterwards, agree who reports incidents, where staff can find support and which procedures need clarification. WCSiB adapts corporate events in Szczecin and West Pomerania to the team's duties.
Example station flow
The instructor starts with ground rules and a simple scene: an individual blocks the exit while a colleague stands nearby. The participant can continue speaking, change position, ask for support or leave. The group then tests how a new detail changes that choice. A second attempt gives room for another response. There is no need to surprise anyone. The discussion concerns the reason behind a decision and how to use it at work. The organiser receives suggestions for reviewing workplace procedures.
