Corporate event activities in Szczecin: purposeful stations

Start by asking what participants should take away. WCSiB builds short stations that require no previous training and end with a discussion of a specific choice.

Communication without stage pressure

Practise a short refusal, setting a boundary and moving towards help. Participants can work in pairs rather than perform before the company. Scenarios can reflect reception or customer service.

Distance and exits

Mark an entrance, an obstacle and a safe direction in a room. Participants check where to stand so they do not block their own exit. Observation matters more than strength.

Travel and support

A travel station considers noticing a change, moving towards people and asking for help. A group can also practise assigning simple roles after an incident. Share guest ages, time and headcount to avoid long queues.

Choosing a smaller programme

For a short event, select stations by job risk. Customer-facing teams may benefit from communication, distance and requesting support; travelling staff can use a travel module. At a family festival, keep children’s activities separate. Stations can run at announced times instead of all day. Decide whether people complete a route or choose one activity. A route needs a timetable; free choice needs clear information on available places. Fewer stations with time for questions can be more useful than many brief demonstrations.
